Domestic Shipping Policy
We ship within the United States to the 48 contiguous states as well as to Alaska and Hawaii but our shipping costs are reflective of actual cost and distance.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 4 business days: orders are shipped on business days. During peak holiday season, you may experience a delay in shipping times and costs. You will receive an email with tracking information for each package shipped.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. At this time we do not charge any additional shipping and handling fees. At times, we may offer discounts or promo codes for free shipping. Subscribe to our newsletter to receive promo and discount codes.

You have the option to select your shipping preference, and it's related cost.

We will ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number.

Customs, duties, and taxes

WhereGalsWander is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


 WhereGalsWander is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. We are happy to accept returns if the items are wrong, damaged prior to shipping or  defective. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at You must indicate in the subject line : ATTN RETURNS and include your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Items lost during shipping are the responsibility opf the shipping carrier.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care/health/beauty and bath goods.

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards: these are final sale items.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Sizes and items may sell out.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
